Bio

I am a single 40 year old and am now finding myself. I hope to use this journal as a guide to myself and if others can use it or shout out at me about what I say, good. I am still under construction so bear with me. The things I am finding are not traditional, but use to be. The art of what I am looking for I want to share with the world.
I wish to learn more about nutrition and teach others how to transition. I want to provide a place that others can come and exchange the knowledge of meditation, yoga, massage, acupuncture and other techniques to better one self and better the world around them.
